Training or Award Seminars In
addition to our disc jockey service we have also the equipment
to supplement any training or awards seminar. In some cases,
particularly in older hotel banquet and conference rooms, the house sound systems do not adequately
provide the quality of sound that is needed to effectively
speak to large crowds. Our equipment is not only adequate to
handle your presentation but will actually enhance the overall
event. Our remote microphone is good out to 900 feet from our broadcast table.
Pre-Event Planning We realize that
corporate events usually require more planning than casual parties. Upon request, we can provide a full written proposal for any
event, and an invoice for your tax and audit purposes. We will also meet with the person or
persons involved in the event's planning. This meeting is
extremely helpful for both parties to understand fully what
can be expected for the day of the event. At this time we can
also provide you with suggestions that could help turn your
event into a memorable experience for everyone who attends. We
know how much pressure can be put on one person or a panel of
